Shipping policy

Unless otherwise stated in the respective offer, the goods will be delivered within 2 to 5 working days in Germany and within 5 to 7 working days for deliveries abroad after the order and successful payment. In the case of advance payment, the day on which the amount is received in our account is deemed to be the day of payment.

Your order will be packed and sent to you on the next working day after receipt of payment. As soon as the package has been dispatched, you will receive the invoice and confirmation that your package has been dispatched. You will receive a separate e-mail with the shipping confirmation and tracking information. You can check where your parcel is currently located on the DHL website by entering your shipment number: www.dhl.de

Please note that no parcels are sent on Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays. DHL does not deliver on Sundays and public holidays.

Payment options

The following payment options are available in our online store, these differ based on your country:

PayPal:

If you select the PayPal payment method, you will be redirected to the payment provider's website during the order process. In order to pay the invoice amount via PayPal, you must either be registered or newly registered, legitimize yourself with your access data and confirm the payment instruction to us. The payment transaction is immediately and automatically executed by PayPal.

Klarna Pay Later:

If you select the Klarna Pay Later payment method, you will be redirected to the payment provider's website during the order process. With Klarna Pay Later you have the option of receiving the goods first and paying later. You must register or authenticate yourself with your access data. The payment information and due dates will be provided to you directly by Klarna. Please note that the payment transaction is processed by Klarna and you must settle the invoice in accordance with the terms and conditions set by Klarna.

Credit card:

If you select the credit card payment method, payment is processed directly during the order process on our website. You will be asked to enter your credit card details, including card number, expiration date and security code. This information is transmitted in encrypted form to ensure the security of your transaction. Once the payment information has been confirmed, the payment transaction will be carried out immediately. Please note that your credit card will be charged at the time of ordering and will be billed according to the terms of your credit card agreement.

Prepayment / Bank Transfer:

If you select the prepayment payment method, the payment will be processed before the goods are dispatched. After placing your order, you will receive an invoice from us with the necessary payment information, including our bank details and the intended use. You must transfer the invoice amount to our specified bank account yourself. Please note that your order will not be dispatched until payment has been received. Please make sure that you enter the intended purpose correctly so that we can allocate your payment. The delivery time may be delayed depending on the bank transit time.

IMPORTANT: We can only proceed with the processing and dispatch of your order after confirmation of receipt of payment on our account. Please note that orders with prepayment are automatically canceled after about 3-4 working days if no payment has been received. The goods you ordered will then no longer be reserved for you. You must place a new order and, if necessary, select an alternative payment method. The current new prices will then apply.

Please note that it is unfortunately not possible to change the payment method at a later date.
